The comment of jury: As a result of magnificent cooperation of the architect, the customer, the builder and manufacturers of materials the building has turned out outstanding both from the architectural point of view, and from the point of view of an engineering idea. A trump of the given building are decorative white concrete crosses which qualitative surface does not leave doubts that above their manufacturing and installation have much worked. In internal furniture the pure concrete surface is shown with a beautiful and effective ladder march. Despite of set of glass surfaces, a building leaves impression of a concrete structure.

The comment of jury: the Purpose of the architect was to add values to a simple industrial building by external processing, and also by means of interesting relief and smooth concrete elements. This nice architectural intention and all what achieved in scales of this house, has been realized. Result – attractive and without any excesses the house from elements. The most attractive part of a building is created by means of rubber matrixes and an element surface reminding a stroke-code.
